This salmon is SO easy to make, and can be made in under 20 minutes from start to finish!


  • 2 salmon filets 
  • 2 tsp oregano (fresh if possible, but dried is fine!)
  • 1 tsp parsley (fresh if possible, but dried is fine!)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Cracked pepper to taste


  • Mix all marinade ingredients together in a shallow bowl
  • Lay the salmon flesh down in the marinade and place back in the refrigerator for 30 min-1 hour. If you don't have time to marinade, that's fine! Pour the marinade overtop of the filets
  • Preheat air fryer to 400F
  • Once preheated, place salmon in air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until done to your liking
